Will I be able to track my parcel to its destination?

All consignments are fully tracked from collection to delivery. When booking a service with a printed label the tracking number is present on the label. Alternatively, you can use your P2G reference (shown on your order confirmation e-mail) to track your parcel on our website. 

For orders placed on a non-labelled service the driver will provide the tracking number upon collection; this is usually in the form of a collection receipt. Please keep hold of this document should you need it for future reference.

For the majority of deliveries tracking should be visible until delivery takes place, although we must advise that the more remote areas of the world may suffer tracking delays whilst the parcel is in transit.
