By booking with Parcel2Go you also get...

...a Lowest Price Guarantee on deliveries to Europe and the UK
...a wider range of courier quotes than anyone else
...free parcel tracking across all our services

One of the most important aspects of any courier service is its ability to offer full, comprehensive tracking for your important parcel. Here at Parcel2Go Ireland we understand this, and therefore we only ever use the most reliable couriers who also offer full tracking included in the price of the service. This way you have the advantage of always being able to see where your item is and the accompanying peace of mind.

When you send a parcel on a tracked service then it’s only natural you’ll expect full, up to date tracking information. Unlike many postal services which offer only infrequently updated tracking, all Parcel2Go Ireland services will update their tracking when every new event happens; whether that be your parcel reaching its latest depot or the driver loading your item onto his van for delivery. Whichever service you use, you’re assured of regular up to date tracking, whether you use Nightline, Fedex Express, or TNT.

International parcel delivery is especially useful as it allows you to monitor the safe progress of your parcel as it travels all over the world. When your parcel to Australia has been moving between air and road vehicles, it’s great to know that with any Parcel2Go Ireland service, you can keep up to date on its progress.

This international tracking really comes into its own when you consider how many countries you can send to with Parcel2Go Ireland. With our Delivery To selection list you can see all of the different destinations where parcel delivery is available to, in full knowledge that every country on the list comes complete with full tracking from collection to delivery!

I don’t know my tracking number

If you are unsure of your order number, you can find it on your booking confirmation email.

If you have accidentally deleted this email or haven’t received it, you can find your tracking number in your Parcel2Go account area by doing the following:

  1. Log in to your Parcel2Go account (or register if you haven’t already)
  2. Go to the ‘My Orders’ tab
  3. Find your P2G reference number displayed next to the order in question, e.g. ‘P2G12345678’.

When does a parcel start being tracked?

Please note that parcel tracking will not begin until the parcel is scanned upon collection. Drivers with a handheld terminal will immediately make a collection scan. Other parcels may only be shown as collected once they’ve been scanned at the courier depot.

You can quickly track your parcel in future by clicking the ‘Track Your Parcel’ button in the top right of our website header, and entering your P2G reference number.

If your intended recipient informs you that they have not received your parcel, it could be the case that the courier has left the parcel with a neighbour.

It may help to advise the recipient to check their property for any notes the courier might have left detailing where the parcel has been left. We would also advise checking around potential safe places around the property where a courier might have left the parcel unattended.

If, after checking, the parcel is still absent, we may be able to provide the recipient’s signature if you requested a proof of delivery when booking your order.

A proof of delivery is also often available within the tracking updates for your delivery. You can check your tracking here.

Should a proof of delivery be supplied and still disputed, you could submit a claim.

As part of the claims process, we’ll arrange a driver interview to help ascertain the whereabouts of the parcel in question.
