Please enter your P2G reference number and either the delivery postcode, collection postcode or the email used to book the parcel so that we may further assist you:

If you are unsure of your P2G reference number then please go to the “My Account area”, log in (or “register” with us if you haven't already) and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your P2G reference number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
