Why does the website say my parcel is too large for standard services?

All our services have maximum weights/dimensions. For this reason, the quick quote will only return results for available services according to your weight and dimensions.

If your item is within the weight and dimension service restrictions but you can’t get a quote then it may be that your volumetric weight is too great for this service.

How do I calculate my parcel's volumetric weight?

We do have couriers who specialise in carrying large parcels.  The price of these services are naturally higher, since they often need specialist equipment for collection and delivery.
