About Philippines Courier Services

The Philippines consists of more than 7,000 small islands and gained its independence from America following the Second World War.

Due to a relatively low reliance on exports, the country weathered the economic turbulence of the early 21st century well, helped by investment in key industries such as electronic component assembly, clothing and pharmaceuticals.

Filipino people have spread to many parts of the world, and so are highly dependent on reliable and cheap international shipping services to help them stay in touch with the family and friends who remain on the islands.

Because of this demand, and helped by the advent of the internet and the consequent growth in the amount of business conducted online, the worldwide couriers operating these services have expanded their offerings. This means that there is now a wide choice of ways of sending a parcel to the Philippines from the UK, which can be chosen from according to the urgency of the delivery and the size and type of package being sent.

Parcel2Go was founded to give anyone the chance to find a reliable means of sending their parcels to anywhere in the world. We have negotiated favourable terms with the leading international shipping specialists so that you can take advantage of their massive resources to ensure that you can send a parcel to the Philippines, and be sure that it will reach its destination cheaply, safely and when you want it to.

not bad

The prices are very good, i would recommend to a friend however when one of my parcels was damaged i was unable to claim even though half of the item was covered by your insurance policy. some was liquid and not covered and i understand i could not claim for that but the other was mirror base plates ... which were plastic and i should of been able to claim for them [More]

parcel 2 go excellent. Courier poor

The website is easy to use and the after sales service was excellent. Unfortunately the service received from citylink was not great. When we tried to arrange another collection, they gave us duff information. Any recollection needs to be arranged through parcel 2 go, not the courier.

Decide for yourself

Parcel2go offer a great service and so far my experience with them has been convenient and good value for money.Their website User Interface is simple and effective and navigating their website is an easy experience. Customer service is usually pretty efficient in most cases, with quick responses to ... queries and relatively good feedback. I have to be honest in saying that I have had a few problems of late however, although not with Parcel2go directly, but with one of their service providers, Parcelforce. Parcelforce rates are excellent and extremely competitive, however after seemlessly booking the collection of packages with Parcel2go, I had a few packages returned to me by Parcelforce stating that a 'router' label is required and no further clarification. This was after quite a number of packages successfully collected by Parcelforce and delivered to the respective recipients. So why the new requirement? Parcel2go had to investigate with Parcelforce. I had attached ALL the necessary labels already. I rebooked the courier myself with another agency and am still waiting (weeks now) for feedback from Parcel2go on what this is all about. As a result I have lost in the region of £20 for a failed delivery with no refund and no feedback.....which is not a comfortable thought I'm afraid. I would prefer using parcel2go, however have chosen to patiently wait for a response. I personally deem a service to be of great value by judging the overall experience from start to finish and when I know my customer's packages have been successfully delivered. I realise that all of us sometimes experience difficulties, however, with todays economic climate we have to be extremely selective. Great service, but perhaps a little more work needed on the follow through, especially when a problem arises. [More]

Why queue in the post office!!

Hey people sit in the comfort of your own home and wait for this company to collect your parcel, they came on time and whilst the delivery was at the back end of the time frame, it was delivered in pristine condition and my recipient was delighted, the cost was the same or possibly less than the P.O ... . and I was able to track my parcel,s movement from the moment it left my house.
