Parcel Delivery to Milan

About Milan Courier Services

  • We say Milan, in Italy they say Milano, but either way this city is the capital of the region of Lombardy and its urban area, with more than five million people, is the fifth largest in the European Union. Founded under the name Mediolanum by the Celts, Milan was taken by the Romans in 222 BC and, among others, the Spanish and the Austrians have taken their turns as the ruling powers. The city is an acknowledged centre for fashion and design and shopping - the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is, some say, the world’s oldest shopping mall - which partly explain what attracts Milan’s annual 1.9 million visitors. However, cultural life - including the world-famous Teatro alla Scala opera house - also brings in its own crowds.
  • Sending parcel to Milan is not a difficult feat, but there is a knack to doing it the right way - one we’re exclusively empowered to reveal to you in our unassailable position as the UK’s biggest online parcel delivery company. And that knack is partly about what you don’t do and partly about what you do do. What you don’t do is entrust your parcel to Milan to the good ladies and gentlemen of the Italian post office. What you do do is let Parcel2Go organise a courier to Milan instead.
  • All the big names - the usual suspects, you might say - are in the frame to whisk your important package away. They include Parcelforce, TNT and FedEx. But should you try to organise things with them directly, you’re at risk of getting lost in the morass of conflicting advice, different terms and tariffs and the difficulties of comparing like with like. Much easier to go through us, we’ve made comparisons a doddle: all you’ll find here is plain, simple info so you can make your choice with ease. And don’t worry about missing out on a bargain if you go with us for you parcel delivery to Milam- we’re often much, much cheaper than any price you could get by going direct.
  • And finally a warning note: the Italians have their own postcode - the Codice di Avviamento Postale or CAP - and you’d be well advised to add it to the address when you send a parcel to Milan.

Customer Reviews for Milan

The price is all right and not too difficult to order. If there was a choice of drop off option, it may be more helpful. ( Is drop off more expensive?)

Great idea, but when things sdon't go to plan, support was lacking. I sent a package to Northern Ireland, but never received the promised confirmation of delivery. When I enquired about this I got a cut and paste response to say it would be looked into - then nothing. I had to dig around myself in the end to find out what had happened. Get support right and you'll grow even bigger.
