The P2G Website was very easy to use and the "Live Chat" experience was very helpful with a very professional, helpful P2G online Agent. After a few minor issues over the best carrier & collection date, my 23kg private parcel to family in Melbourne in Australia was collected by UPS on Wednesday 19-11-2011. The UPS tracking was very good and dipslayed every stage of the parcel journey across the globe with arrival & departure at each destination on-route to Australia. My parcel arrived the following week 6 days after collection (including a weekend) on Tuesday 25-11-2011, safely and without any damage. This first time experience with P2G was a good one and very competitive if you take care choosing the right courier for your good description, P2G can be very helpful with this choice. I will be recommending PSG to my family & friends.

I found the overall cost was very expensive, probably because i needed an expensive large item insured as well as delivered across channel. The customer service was first class and package arrived with absolutely no problems what so ever. If i had to use a courier service again i would definitely use parcel2go but not for a big item like the exhaust system for my car that they delivered previously. Overall, no problems and easy to use
