ABSOLUTLEY GREAT THAT ANY PROBLEMS CAN BE RECTIFIED VIA THEIR ON-LINE CHAT MODULE, NOT THAT I HAVE HAD TO USE IT, JUST ONCE OUT OF DOZENS OF TRANSACTIONS..... JUST TRY TO SPEAKING TO POSTMAN.

Very straight forward once you've chatted to the very helpful customer service via instant chat. Picked up on time too.
My only gripe is the large pick up window of 7am-7pm, which you can pay extra to narrow to a more convenient time slot which is why I haven't given a 5 start in overall experience. I did get a text today telling me a two hour window of when it would be collected which was very helpful but I wold have been quite annoyed if I had paid extra so you should state this on the site that you'll get a text on the pick up day giving a estimate time of pick up.
