How do I obtain a VAT invoice for the Prepay that I have credited to my account?

A link to the invoice for prepayment will be e-mailed to you once the prepayment has been made. You can also obtain this from your logged in area should you be registered with Parcel2Go.com. 

Please note however that the prepayment invoice does not contain a VAT charge. This is because VAT will be charged when you use your prepay to book the delivery.
