Are Parcel2Go.com able to carry my parcel?

We do have a list of prohibited items which our couriers cannot carry at all.  We also have a list of items that our couriers can carry but will only be protected in the event of loss, not damage. Parcel protection must be taken for any loss to be claimed.

It's your responsibility to check whether the contents of your parcel appear on our prohibited items list.

Prohibited Items:

Items that cannot be carried on any service.

Protected For Loss Only:

Items that can be sent on the basis they are covered for loss but not damage. 

No Protection items:

Items that can only be carried on a no protection basis on any service.

Please note: When sending internationally it is the shipper's responsibility to comply with current government regulations or laws applicable in each country. International shipments are subject to inspection and possible delay by customs or representatives of other government authorities.
