Competitive prices, plenty of choice and a website that works really well. I had a problem fitting a very long address into the form, but a pleasant online chat sorted that for me and I was soon paying for what I wanted. The pick-up was courteous and within the allocated time slot yesterday afternoon, and I received a text to tell me the parcels had arrived at their destination this morning. I'll certainly use Parcel2Go again and I'm praising them to the skies to everyone I talk to. What a wonderful experience!

This is my first experience of using a courier service, and I found the experience very useful indeed. The website is relatively easy to navigate, and having a door to door service is great. Prices for the parcel I sent are very competitive, and add to that the ease of collection, makes the service very attractive indeed. My only concern was that it was taken for granted that labels could be printed out. I have a printer, but it wasn't in use and had to use a written label. However, the person who collected my parcel, was able to add the bar code herself. All in all a very positive experience, thank you.
