I wanted to leave a review because I had seen negative reviews online and was a little anxious about using a courier service to deliver 6 parcels of items I sold on eBay. I had wrapped and taken the parcels to the post office and was astonished by how high the price was. It is impossible to charge £20 + postage on eBay so I was forced to find a different solution. I went online and realised I could deliver all 6 items to different UK addresses for not that much more that the Royal Mail second class price for just one item. The Parcel2Go website was really easy to use - especially if you are sending a bulk amount as your details stay saved so you can just add each new delivery address. You can also print all of the labels together. I dropped the parcels (which included a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes and other high value items) off at a petrol station which I have to admit was a worry but it was on my way and I was running out of time. I was in and out within 2 minutes with proof of drop off. Something made me google more reviews so I had an anxious couple of days - but 2 days later each of the parcels were showing as delivered online and then I received positive feedback from each of the buyers - one saying the myHermes courier was very courteous when I asked if everything was ok. My husband said people only tend to talk about negative experiences so I promised myself I would leave feedback. Either I was very lucky or customer service has dramatically improved since the reviews were written. Thank you very much - perfect service, easy to use and saved me at least £100. I'll be uploading the next batch of items I have sold this week.
