Parcel delivery before 5.30pm within 2 working day throughout most of UK's mainland. Definite collections are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a 96% success rate (*90% delivered next day).

Our Quick Quote service allows you to get a quick quote for any service and the simple pricing structure from all couriers means you can tell straight away what the right option is for you. City Link is a reliable courier with a great reputation for parcel delivery across the UK.

With City Link Standard Service your parcel will automatically be insured up to the value of £20.00 and further additional insurance up to the value of £2500.00 is available if you’re sending something valuable.

The other thing that will put your mind at ease is the City Link Tracking Service, which allows you to track your parcel from collection right through to delivery. The only stipulation is that your parcel must not exceed 4 cubic feet in total volume, weigh no more than 35kg or be longer than 200cm but this leaves you quite a lot of room to play with so why not book a City Link standard service today? If you’re unsure of the volume of your parcel, we’ve included a handy Parcel Volume Calculator so all you need are the dimensions of your item and we’ll do the rest. Whilst we try to ensure a speedy delivery, it is not a guaranteed service.
