Collection within the UK mainland. Day definite collections are not guaranteed, however we currently enjoy a 95% success rate. Parcel delivery before 5.30pm the next working day throughout most of UK's mainland.
Collections are between 9 a.m and 5.30 p.m. Whilst we try to ensure a next day delivery, it is not guaranteed.

Collections are available between 9 a.m and 5:30 p.m the day before you wish your item to be delivered. City Link prides itself not only on their next day delivery but also on their customer service and value for money.
Our quick quote service allows you to get a quick quote for any service and the simple pricing structure from all couriers means you can tell straight away what the right option is for you. For next day delivery, City Link is a reliable courier with a great reputation for parcel delivery across the UK.
With City Link next day your parcel will automatically be insured up to the value of £50.00 and further additional insurance up to the value of £2500.00 is available if you’re sending something valuable. The other thing that will put your mind at ease is the City Link tracking service, which allows you to track your parcel from collection right through to delivery.
The only stipulation is that your parcel must not exceed 4 cubic feet in total volume, weigh no more than 35kg or be longer than 200cm but this leaves you quite a lot of room to play with so why not book a City Link next day service today? If you’re unsure of the volume of your parcel, we’ve included a handy parcel volume calculator so all you need are the dimensions of your item and we’ll do the rest.
