Chosen on price alone, we have accounts with several of the companies quoted and received direct quotes from them at at least twice the cost. Took a while to get the hang of the tracking system and replies from customer service petered out quite quickly so if there had been a problem I'm not sure how we'd have fared. Will use P2G again.

Very easy to register and book on line. Confirmation email received promptly. Prices competitive. Items collected as agreed and delivered as agreed. However, I did not find it easy to track my parcels using your web site. It could be made clearer what number you need to input to enable tracking. In the end I had to ring customer services for confirmation my parcels had been delivered. Will use again though.
