A very easy to use website (for a first time courier user). The various prices and actual couriers offered were clear to see, although you need to remember that they don't include vat. Whilst my parcel didn't get collected on my specified day, it was straight forward to contact Parcel2Go using their online support/live chat, and the parcel was collected the following day. My package arrived within the time specified, and in excellent condition.
