The pick-up truck and man were unmarked, i.e. white van, not UPS or DHL which it was supposed to be. This made the office handing the valuable documents over suspicious. Service could therefore be improved by requiring signitures and tracking. Seems as if cost savings made by using a variety of intermediaries. However, everything was delivered ontime and efficiently besides this. Would use again.
