Very competitive prices, website pretty easy to use, but please can you provide access to the drop-off locations for the Collect & Drop off service without going through the whole booking procedure: firstly because I wanted to know whether there was a drop-off point nearby before deciding whether to use your service; secondly, I didn't print/write down the location details when booking and couldn't get back to them subsequently; third, I wanted to see whether there was a convenient drop-off point close to my journey tomorrow rather than the closest to where I actually live.

The website is easy to use and the after sales service was excellent. Unfortunately the service received from citylink was not great. When we tried to arrange another collection, they gave us duff information. Any recollection needs to be arranged through parcel 2 go, not the courier.
