Very straight forward once you've chatted to the very helpful customer service via instant chat. Picked up on time too. My only gripe is the large pick up window of 7am-7pm, which you can pay extra to narrow to a more convenient time slot which is why I haven't given a 5 start in overall experience. I did get a text today telling me a two hour window of when it would be collected which was very helpful but I wold have been quite annoyed if I had paid extra so you should state this on the site that you'll get a text on the pick up day giving a estimate time of pick up.

Prices are very competitive and the system for booking is very user friendly. My wife and I have used Parcel2Go.com several times now, Excellent everytime up to the last usage. We were in the middle of an Ebay dispute and the parcel we returned to the vendor went missing, Parcel2Go ignored our communications for 3 days and left us in limbo until Parcel eventually turned up. Having said that, all companies make the occasional mistake and my wife and I will still use them and recommend them to friends.
