Returning an item in Store
If the item was purchased online, you will need to ensure that you take the despatch note with you to the store as proof of purchase. Please also bring the card that was used to make the payment. Please ensure you are the cardholder otherwise the refund may not be able to get credited to your account.
Returning an item via post
Log into your online account at Topshop and then click on “Request a Return” from the “My Orders” area. You then need to create the return order by selecting the order number from there. The select each item that you would like to return from that order along with reasons for the return (e.g. incorrect size). Once you have selected the “Create Return” button, a returns authorisation code will be provided. Please write this down on the freepost returns label along with your address and send out within 14 days of delivery. Please allow 28 days from date of posting the returns for your return to be processed. If you would like a faster refund then please return the item in store.
