How do I return an item to Next?

Next has their own returns policy that can be found on the Returns Policy page of their website. Please be aware that Next may have revised their returns policies therefore always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items. Currently, the main things to note are as follows:

The returns policy varies, depending on the type of customer you are. If you are a Next Directory Account customer then return the unwanted items within 10 days. For next directory account customers this means that they have 10 days to try the product before their payment is processed. Therefore, if an item is returned within the 10-day period then no charge will be made from the customers account.

For Cash order customers, the products need to be return courier and postage which will be charged at £2.50 for the first item returned from each order. These charges will be deducted from your account before any refund is provided. However, returns to the Next store are free.

For directory account customers, if the complete order is returned, then a delivery charge of £3.95 will need to be payable. Those products with security seals on them cannot be returned.

Items excluded from the returns policy

These include made to measure items, cosmetics or grooming products, food and alcohol gifts, flowers, certain types of jewellery as well as self assembly furniture which can only be returned if faulty.
