New Look has their own returns policy that can be found on the delivery and returns
section of their website. Please note that New Look may have revised their returns
policy. Therefore, always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to
return your items.
Customers outside of the UK can only return their items via post. Please visit the
new look website for details on the address to return to.
Returns to the Store (UK and Ireland only)
For UK and Ireland residents, customer can return their unwanted items in store
within 28 days of the purchase date. If the items were delivered by post then ensure
that the delivery note is with you on the day otherwise the New Look customer service
team may not be able to process your return.
If a product is purchase from New Look and the payment was made via PayPal, then
the customer will be refunded using New Look credit vouchers. Likewise if you have
made a cash or card payment, then the refund will be made using the same payment
method as well.
Return by post
Items can be returned by post to the New Look Fulfilment Centre within 7 days of
receipt for a refund only. The despatch note will also need to be returned with
the item as proof of purchase. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving
the item.
