LoveFilm is a DVD and games rental service that completely operated from the internet
and via postal delivery. All communication with the company is either via email
or telephone or via their online system. Since they deliver all their services via
the internet it is possible that their customers may experience some delivery problems

LoveFilm therefore recommend that the customer waits at least 4 days for delivery
of their disc before reporting it. Once you have watched the discs then LoveFIlm
offer a free post service to all their customers, up to two discs can be returned
in the free return envelopes.
If you have decided to cancel your LoveFilm subscription then make sure that you
get proof of posting from the postal company you have used otherwise you may get
charged a late return fee for the un-returned discs.
