Littlewoods has their own returns policy that can be found on their returns page. Please be aware that Littlewoods may have revised their returns policies therefore always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items. Currently, below is a summary of the main points that need to be taken into consideration.
To return a parcel, contact Littlewood’s customer service team. For large items
you can request collection at a suitable time and for small items you use your local
courier service. Once our returns team has received your purchase, it could take
up to 14 days for the money to be transferred into your account.
The items to be returned need to be returned with 14 days of delivery and be in
a re-saleable condition, packaged in its original packaging, unused. There are some
exceptions to this guarantee. When purchasing your order, you will be advised on
the guarantee exceptions before you are taken to the order-processing page.
If you would like to cancel your order then you can do within 7
working days of receiving your goods delivery from Littlewoods. Make sure that you
have kept the goods in a safe place and in a re-saleable condition. Any promotion
free gifts or accessories that were supplied with the product MUST also be returned
for you to be eligible for a refund.
There are some items that are excluded from the order cancellation guarantee, these

If a product you have purchased fails to work then you have the option of returning
it, getting it repaired or even refunded.
Returns that won’t be accepted include those that have been returned
outside the returns policy and period. For these returns you may be charged an additional
returns fee.
