HMV has their own returns policy that can be found on the Returns Policy page of
their website. However, the main things to note are highlighted below.
Please note that HMV may have made modifications to their returns policy therefore
always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items cannot be exchanged and need to be returned within 21 days for a
refund. When returning unwanted items, quote your order number, clearly stating
which items are unwanted and require a refund.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you received an incorrect order or the items that you had received were faulty
then please return them to the HMV Customer Returns address (visit the website for
the address). Please include a note with this stating the order number and clearly
stating whether you want the correct item to be sent out or whether you require
a refund.
iPod returns
If the iPod is in a brand new and resalable condition then HMV will consider refunds
provided all original packaging is intact. Please send an advice note within 21
days of purchase for a refund.
HMV Returns
