Epson UK has their own returns policy that can be found on the Returns Policy page of their website. Please be aware that Epson may have revised their returns policies therefore always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items. Currently, the main things to note are as follows.
Unwanted items can be returned to Epson UK within 30 days of delivery for a complete
refund. Epson would be happy to refund any delivery charges as well if it was their
mistake. If the item is faulty and within its warranty period a receipt will need
to be provided as proof that the item is within its warranty period.
There are different warranty periods for different products. Main computer units
and accessories have a 1 year warranty and parts that need constant replacement
during their lifetime have a 3 months warranty. If the products or items need replacing,
depending on the model, age, location and/or nature of the fault, Epson (or Epson
Subcontractors) will arrange for it to be replaced or repaired and provide you with
a quality assured refurbished unit.
