You can return an item to Debenhams in two ways, either in store or via a courier
Service. If proof of purchase has not been provided on request for a refund, then
you may be refunded in gift vouchers or an exchange for the same product.
If the product is quite large or its not convenient for you to come in store, you
can use the courier collection service by contacting customer services.
There may be some restriction on refunds for things like large appliances, Televisions.

The Debenham Refunds Policy
If you find that you are not happy with your purchase then feel free to return it
to Debenhams within 28 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Debenhams are not able to refund some products including (but not limited to) lingerie,
hats and hair accessories, earrings and jewellery, alcoholic products and gift cards
as well as cosmetics and toiletries.
