Curry’s has their own returns policy that can be found on the Returns Policy page
of their website. Please be aware that Comet may have revised their returns policies therefore always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items. Currently, the main things to note are as follows.
Home delivery items and Cancellations
Any items can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days, starting from the day the
items were delivered. The items should be returned unopened, in their original packaging
with any gifts or accessories.
If the items was opened for inspection, the purchase can still be cancelled within
7 working days (not including Saturday, Sunday and bank Holidays). The purchase
can be cancelled following our procedure found on their returns page. If the procedure on the returns
page is followed, consumers could get a full refund including any delivery charges,
credited to their account within 3-5 working days.
Some exceptions where consumers will not be able to cancel their purchase include:
Faulty item returns
This policy applies to items that were ordered for delivery only. If the item is
faulty and its within it’s 12 month guarantee period, then Curry’s normally offer
a repair service, However, you still have the option to get a refund or exchange
if the fault has risen within 28 days of delivery. In all cases, Curry’s reserves
the right to inspect, and test the item to verify the fault. For the item to qualify
for a refund or exchange, it must be in a ‘new condition’ along with all accessories
and gifts that were provided with it, in their original packaging. The item can
either be returned to a Curry’s branch or the Curry’s after sales department can
be contacted.
