Comet has their own returns policy that can be found on the Returns Policy page
of their website. Please be aware that Comet may have revised their returns policies therefore always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items. Currently, the main things to note are as follows.
If a product turned out to be damaged when opened, then don’t use it just call the
Comet helpline and request an exchange.
If you would like to cancel your order then you can do within 7 working days from
the day the order was received. For large products, you can call the Comet customer
care and arrange them to pick it up but for smaller purchase, you can take into
to your local branch and get a monetary or gift car refund.
If its been more than 7 days and you have decided that the product isn’t what you
expected then, pack it with its original packaging and return it to your local Comet
branch (or within 14 days if it’s a computer).
If you have opened the box of an item then Comet reserve the right to deduct 10%
for re-stocking fees for items that cost £25 or more. This would be a 10% deduction
from the original price.
