ASOS has their own returns policy. Please note that ASOS may have revised their returns policies therefore always visit the retailer’s website first before attempting to return your items. However, the main things to note are as follows:
1. Order cancellations are regulated under the UK's Distant Selling Regulations
that states all consumers can cancel their orders for a full refund within 7 working
days of receiving the product or placing the order. Call customer care and quote
your order number. The orders that can't be cancelled are clearly marked with a
'+' sign.
2. Returns or Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt if dissatisfied with
the product. Full refunds will be given provided the products are in their original
condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Faulty products or received incorrect orders?
Report to customer care quoting your order number, reason for return (e.g. fault)
as well as contact details provided on purchase. All faulty or incorrect orders
must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
