If the product is faulty
Return faulty products within 30 days for a full refund or replacement with proof
of purchase. If the product has been with you for 1 year, then depending on applicability,
the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
Large kitchen appliances are excluded from the 30-day money back guarantee. If a
fault is developed within 30 days of purchase then please call the Argos Customer

Distant Selling regulations
Internet orders can be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt, quoting your
order number, please contact customer service for more details. This does not include
personalised items, audio/video recording or unsealed software, perishable goods
(e.g. food and flowers) as well as periodicals or magazines. Call customer care
